- Ask what enters the tool.Check whether your work or someone else's material may be stored, reused or used for training.
- Save proof of the process.Keep source files, prompts, permissions, important versions and the human decisions behind the final work.
- Agree before release.Agree who gets credit, who owns the work, what use is allowed and who gets paid. Decide what people should be told about AI use.

- Did another person's work, voice, image, performance or archive enter the tool?
- Do you have permission, a licence or another documented basis for that use?
- Could people mistake the result for a real person, a collaborator’s work or music belonging to a cultural community?
- What should collaborators, commissioners, distributors and audiences be told?
- Can you explain what people did and what AI did?

- Prompts, outputs and meaningful versions
- Tool terms at the date of use
- Approvals from contributors and any remaining disagreements
- Final human decisions leading to release
What is still unclear
This guide does not identify an Indonesian rule already in force that requires AI labels specifically for music. Copyright, personal-data laws, contracts and platform rules may still apply.
