What this means
- At KMI 2026, a Komdigi deputy minister proposed six AI-and-music follow-up areas, including consent, metadata and complaints. These are proposals, not adopted mechanisms.
- Indonesia's copyright bill and AI-media labelling study remain open processes. Singapore's AI and IP consultation runs to 5 November; none creates a new music-specific duty in this review.
- Deezer still plans a listener filter for fully AI-generated music. ALUN's view: creators need clarity on classification, correction and responsibility before proposals become usable protections.
